  1. I am currently needing to connect to an ftps server with coldfusion.
    I have a java library that will do this, but it isnt free, and so i thought I’d look into
    the .net classes.

    that is the first site i came upon, but I cannot seem to get past the certificate.
    I ended up going into a client ftp program and exported the certificate file, and adding it into my code.. with the X509Certificate class but i get an error like so…

    System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

    One part of the url shows how I can get through and accept or trust any certificate with the ServicePointManager. and it uses a delegate() method. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to convert this into CF code.

    Any help with this would be appreciated.

  6. I’d like to see continued development for ftps too.

    I found this jar/class awhile back for ftps, ftp over ssl. Works for me on CF7/CF8. I can’t find it anymore and don’t know who to credit it to, but I’ll leave it at the link below for awhile so you can download it and try it out. Limited documentation, no support.

    the example is working fine in CF 8 and Visual studio 2005 ,but not in in Visual studio 2003 . It shows the error Class CfSample not found in the specified assembly list. The assembly that contains the class must be provided to the assembly attribute . Please give your suggestion and is it possible to integrate CF8 and Visual studio 2003 .Its urgent .

    Hello Sir,
    I wish you are good. I am using CF 9.0. I make a assembly in .net 2005 VERSION 2.0.50727. I installed .NETEXTENSION allready witn no issue.

    But when ever I am trying to create object I am getting above error. I am not able go figureout this problem. Please help me.
